Qualifications/Conditions:

• Corporate, Association and Government Meeting Planners
• Meeting budget of $15,000 or more
• Meetings yielding a minimum of 300 total room nights
• Must be considering destinations for which a site has not been selected
• Independent planners must indicate clients/industries served
• Attendance only open to buyers who reside in the U.S.
• Meeting Planners must attend all planned functions to receive airfare reimbursement*

*Persons who qualify will be reimbursed up to $500 per ticket. Inquiries that fall below these qualifiers and conditions will be considered for limited airfare reimbursement.
